Job Title:             Sales Advisor

As part of the Internal Sales team, you will work in a fast-paced office environment and be the first point of contact for processing customer orders. Sales Team Leader

 The main purpose of your role:  
  • The accurate data entry of all customer orders, received via telephone and email

The Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of all aspects of our warehouse(s). This role will help to manage the warehouse staff and help them to achieve our daily targets and deadlines, whilst overseeing daily operations across a number of operations.

The Warehouse & Distribution Manager

The main purpose of your role:
  • Co-ordinating a team of Warehouse Operatives to accomplish the daily and weekly processing, picking, packing, and the dispatch of orders, and ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
  • To reconcile stock levels within the warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
  • Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to our customers
  • Assist the site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing support, advice and assistance with customer enquiries and concerns relating to Cassellie branded products and none/other branded products purchased from Cassellie Ltd.

The role will also provide support, advice and assistance to customer’s who request to return stock products, ensuring the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Your position is responsible to:

  • Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner with the aim of always delivering excellent customer service
  • Build professional and excellent relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide customer support, investigating and resolving issues first time wherever possible
  • Where required, assessing information provided by customers to determine if their complaint requires further escalation
  • Escalating customer enquiries and complaints as and when appropriate
